rear view mirror, pretty much self explanatory, like its purpose on vehicles, to know what’s going on behind you so you can navigate forward for better or for worst, except that this is skateboarding.
RVM wants to promote skateboarding especially in Kuching, to save it from dying when kids are tired of getting kicked out of spots or just because no one’s going out skating anymore (got driver’s license start getting into cars…n so on), also to save it from being tricked by the overwhelmingly popular view of the media towards skateboarding. Kuching has always been unique in so many ways, its people, its culture, its environment, and so do the skateboarders. I have heard from many of how the scene was dying since we, the RVM crew left Kuching and no one’s was as committed as we were in keeping up with the once super fun skateboarding in Kuching.
Kuching has a huge potential to be one of the spots for people who travel across the globe to skate, to checkout. If you skate Kuching, you know what i’m talking about, so lets do this!
